Shipping/Return Policy

FaithFibers is based in Ohio, USA and all packages are sent via USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any order over $100 USD will be insured.

FaithFibers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your order is lost, please file a claim with USPS. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods if applicable before filing a claim. Please reach out to FaithFibers for assistance, if needed!

 

Shipping times may vary. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, I will contact you via email.

Returns: NOT accepted.

Cancellations: Can be made if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

 

Shipping Damages/Issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact FaithFibers immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item to resolve the situation.

 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

• No returns on digital items, such as patterns.
   

• Custom order deposits are non-refundable! The half down deposit will be submitted to start production and the other half will be placed with product completion.
   

• Orders will be shipped to the address you have entered when checking out. Please ensure that the address is correct prior to submitting an order! If you notice your address is incorrect BEFORE the item has shipped, please contact ASAP to correct before shipment. Should a package be returned to FaithFibers due to an incorrect address, it will result in new shipping charges (which will be the responsibility of the buyer) or it will be refunded (minus shipping costs). Once shipped, FaithFibers is no longer responsible for the package. FaithFibers cannot offer replacements for customer errors unless the original package/product(s) are returned. 
   

• International customers are responsible for any additional custom fees, taxes, or duties. The customer is responsible for any duties imposed by the government. Any packages returned due to nonpayment will be refunded minus postage and packaging costs.
